Patricia Smith has been providing communications counsel and support to executives and corporations for nearly 30 years. Prior to establishing PSC, she served in senior communications positions with a number of high-profile organizations, including Kaiser Permanente, GE, Bank of America, Blue Cross, Xerox and Bank of Tokyo. She is a frequent lecturer on business communication topics and currently teaches communications & writing courses at UC Berkeley. She earned a bachelor’s in English at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master’s in journalism/mass communication from UCLA
